Refund and Returns Policy

1. Overview

At Valli Weaves, we take great care in ensuring the quality of every saree before dispatch. As our products are authentic handloom sarees, we follow a limited refund and returns policy.

2. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged
  • An incorrect product is delivered

Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

3. Conditions for Return

  • The saree must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • Original tags, packaging, and invoice must be intact
  • Products showing signs of wear, washing, or alteration will not be eligible

Minor color or weave variations due to the nature of handloom fabrics are not considered defects.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, customers must contact Valli Weaves through our official contact channels with order details and clear photos or videos of the issue. Returns will be processed only after approval.

5. Refund Policy

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
  • Refund processing may take 7–10 business days after approval

Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Sale or discounted products
  • Customized or made-to-order sarees
  • Products damaged due to customer handling

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
